Psychological Testing is a high demand service with limited providers with a time intensive process, that demands careful customization to the individual. Thoroughness matters! A rushed evaluation risks missing critical information.

Got Questions? We have Answers.

What is Psychological Testing?

Psychological testing is a structured process used to evaluate a person’s thinking, emotions, behaviors, and functioning. It involves the use of standardized tools, such as questionnaires, tasks, or interviews, to better understand challenges related to learning, attention, mood, personality, or development.

These evaluations help identify strengths and areas of concern, clarify diagnoses, and guide effective treatment or support strategies. Testing is conducted by trained professionals and is tailored to the individual’s age, needs, and concerns.

Testing typically occurs across multiple appointments, may involve record review and consultation with other providers involved in care, as well as gathering collateral information from those close to the examinee.
