Amanda brings over 10 years of clinical experience as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in Kansas. She has worked with individuals from diverse ages and backgrounds, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship challenges. Much of her experience has been dedicated to supporting individuals navigating the demanding environments of military service, higher education, and healthcare.
Amanda’s approach to therapy is solution-focused and client-centered, utilizing evidence-based techniques like motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship—built on trust and accountability—is essential for helping clients achieve their goals. Amanda’s role is to provide support and guidance as clients work toward meaningful, positive changes in their lives.
She offers daytime and limited evening appointments for individuals aged 12 and older.
