Molly Sapp is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) with 14 years of experience in the mental health field. Specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Molly has been an integral part of a comprehensive DBT team for over 6 years. In addition to DBT, Molly is proficient in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and DBT-Prolonged Exposure Therapy. She sees those 18 and older.
With a passion for helping others and a wealth of experience, Molly creates a safe and nurturing environment for all clients, fostering healing and growth. She is particularly passionate about working with women and addressing their unique needs. Her areas of expertise and special interest include borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, mood disorders, body diversity, and difficulties with overwhelming and intense emotions that result in suicidal ideation and self-harm.
Molly is deeply committed to the belief that every individual is a divergent being deserving of care tailored to their specific needs. She believes that clients deserve treatment dedicated to deeply understanding them. Molly strives for clients to feel seen and fundamentally understood, emphasizing the strength of the therapeutic relationship.
